The feed cooler

The feed cooler is used to cool the high temperature resulting from the cooking process and the friction inside the piston and to withdraw a proportion of moisture from the feed to produce high quality feed

• The cooler is made of stainless steel to ensure no interaction with the product
• The coolant has a reverse flow feature
• The octagonal shape of the cooler body prevents ineffective corners as well as improves the efficiency of the cooler
• The temperature of the feed pellets (pellet) after cooling is 3 to 5 m lower than the ambient temperature
